Uddayn: Refund Policy Effective Date: 01 April, 2022
Returns
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund. No cancellations will be possible, and no refunds will be given, except in the rarest cases (see below).
Refunds in Rare Cases
In rare instances and only within 15 days of your purchase of our Service, if due to technical difficulties, platform incompatibilities or other unforeseen circumstances, Uddayn Shop does not function in/for your organization, we may issue a full or partial refund. However, such decisions will be at our discretion only, and we have every right to refuse such requests. If we do consider providing you a refund, we require that you provide all the necessary information for us to positively identify your purchase transaction (e.g., order number, your company name, date of transaction, purchase code, number of licenses purchased, etc.), as well as reasons for asking for a refund. We will verify these reasons by asking you further questions, or by trying to simulate the issues on our systems/networks, before making a final decision to provide a refund partially or in full.
Refund(If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at uddayn.in@gmail.com or fill the form on Contact Page.
Acceptance of the Policy
You must be of legal age to enter into a binding agreement in order to accept the Policy. If you do not agree to the General Terms, do not use any of our Services. If you agree to the General Terms and do not agree to any Service Specific Terms, do not use the corresponding Service.
Right to Amend
The company has the right to make amendments or add to the terms of this Policy at any time, and to change, delete, discontinue, or impose conditions on any feature or aspect of the Uddayn products and services with or without notice that we in our sole discretion deem to be reasonable in the circumstances. We reserve the right to add to or change/modify and suspend/cancel, or discontinue any or all service at any time without notice, make modifications and alterations in any or all of the content, products and services contained on the site without prior notice.
NON-TRANSFERABILITY
The grant of facility of Services to a User is non-transferable under any circumstances and shall be used by the User only.
